Boot directly to Boot Menu

Post by The Seeker »

How do I enable BIBM to boot directly to the Boot Menu? As it is, BIBM is booting to the Partition Work menu, from which I'm having to hit Esc, then 'm' for Resume, which takes me to the Boot Menu. I have Win 7 and Win8.1 installed on separate partitions.

When you create the BIBM boot media you have the option to select whether it will start at the Boot Menu (Normal) or Partition Work. To change it to the Boot Menu afterwards, edit the bootitbm.ini file and remove the "StartAt" line.

So the bootitbm.ini file can be edited from within the BIBM installation?

Yes. Just select the "Text Editor" icon on the desktop and then open the file.
