Got outbound firewall prompt for tbwinpe.exe to 172.67.72.178 (which is Cloudflare proxy) on upgrade install to V4.11, all components.

Whyis it trying to make this connection and who to ?

It's not always that IP address; it's just trying to connect to a site, protected by Cloudflare - another installer attempt it tried to connect to 104.26.12.218

terabyteunlimited.com uses cloudflare. If you have option to auto update, etc.. it would check for updated plugins, etc..

Where is this auto-update setting?

I have neverhad this network connection prompt before when updating,although normally I choose the Custom install - First time using the Update option

It's just checking for updated plugins. This check can be disabled in the IFW installer:
On the "Select Additional Tasks" step, uncheck the "Download Plugins for TBWinPE/RE Builder" option.

Downloading can also be disabled in TBWinPE/RE Builder:
Run Builder, go into Settings, select the Plugins tab, in the General Options list, enable the "Disable downloading plugins" option.
