Brian,

I was actually kind of surprised that (basically) just copying the RE partition, and making the 2 boot edit entries specific to the Windows instances, was sufficient and worked ;) ...

I guess I'll have to keep an eye out going forward as to whether both Windows instances keep getting and install updates.
