On a "changes only" backup the backup size increased from 4gb to 131gb. This is on a backup on a drive that does NOT have Windows installed. I looked all over that drive and saw no new files that were even close to the 127gb increase between the two backup dates.
Do you know if there's a utility that shows ONLY the files that were backed up in a "changes only" backup? That is, it doesn't show the files from the original backup.

This could be do to a defrag that ran (and yes, the ssd will defrag from time to time).
You can use tbiview to view which files changed or moved. Open diff, go to view, Query LBA or Changed Files.
