Does IFL recognise a VMFS formatted datastore?

Does IFL recognise a VMFS formatted datastore?

Hello,
When using IFL to image a VMware ESX box with a datastore partition, the resulting image is huge and the datastore partition is not restored automatically. Does IFL recognise a VMFS formatted datastore and can it skip the empty sectors?
