Restore just a folder but dont haver permission

I am trying to restore just a folder from a backup with IFW. The image is of a server. I am mounting the data drive of the image but cant open the folder because it will say "You don't currently have permission to access this folder" but since i am browsing the image, its not like i can right click and change the folder permissions since it cant write to it.
How do i get access to a folder on the backup that it does not see the new user as having permission to enter?

If you use TBIView you don't need permissions, using TBIMount or TBIHD you need permissions as would be normal under Windows. You'd want to mount with write support (TBIHD does it automatically, TBIMount you have to choose that option via the UI), then use the normal windows process to change owner, then permissions.
