1. TeraByte Unlimited (TeraByte) sponsored forums are intended to be a constructive, informative, and helpful environment for our customers. Messages that are inflammatory, non-constructive, or at odds with the aims of the forums will be removed at TeraByte's sole discretion.

2. Messages containing offensive language, advertisements, discussion of other software packages (not TeraByte related), or personal attacks against anyone, will be removed at TeraByte's sole discretion.

3. Duplicate and test messages will be removed at TeraByte's sole discretion.

4. Without using customer names or identifying information, TeraByte reserves the right to republish content from the TeraByte forums.

5. Do not post copyrighted material without permission of the author.

6. Do not post messages with large attachments or applications. If you have a component or application that you wish to share legally, post a message with its description and offer to mail it to interested parties, or make the item available on the Web.

7. TeraByte does not offer any formal support in the public forums. Instead, TeraByte staff monitor, moderate, and participate in the forums from time to time to ensure the smooth flow of information and that messaging guidelines are maintained.

8. TeraByte does not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by saving and opening any attachments and is not responsible for viruses or other risks that may be involved with your use of any file attachment. Download at your own risk.

9. Do not use the TeraByte forums to encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, provincial, national or international law or regulation.
