add drivers to moved OS

Is there an article/manual for this process? I am spinning my wheels with error msgs.

I get page not found.

I have the "osdtool-sample" video but it may be a different version as it is showing options I do not get. Also, it does not really show the process in any detail.

That is the video I have seen and mentioned above.
In the description, it claims to not be optimally visible, but it runs fine using VLC.
I find it not descriptive enough for what I see when I run osdtool. I see more options and I do not get the add driver to work, get errors [error code 94] is one I get regularly.
I do not know if it is user error [me] or an issue with my partition or machine.

Error 94 is a generic ERROR_CORRUPT error, does it say anything else on the screen. Perhaps the file system needs chkdsk /f run against it.
