I have got Bare metal and im just having problems with cold booting i think the motherboard I've got is a UEFI one, dose that mean I've got to have bootit UEFI installed instead of bare metal if so how difficult is it to change

To keep BIBM, yon have to configure your BIOS to boot in Legacy mode, and your disk have to be partitionned in MBR or EMBR type (which may already be the case if BIBM is installed).
Otherwise, it your disk is already in GPT type and Windows already installed, then just install BIU.

Probably the best idea if it works, but note that if the system can boot in legacy mode, the GPT disk can be converted (E)MBR and BIBM can continue to be used. Right now, I don't remember how to do the conversion. I can probably find it if there is any real interest.
