I added " index.php?mobile=desktop " to the end of " https://www.terabyteunlimited.com/ucf/ " link and so far it is working.

I was about to comment that it seemed to me the first time I used "https://www.terabyteunlimited.com/ucf" after booting or signing in, I got the mobile site. Subsequent uses would do the same, but if I switched to full site, that would stay in effect until i signed out or rebooted.

Then I tried:

Edge - full site
Chrome - full site
Firefox with a new profile - full site

It's apparently something in my firefox customization that's causing the mobile site. I was also going to say that I didn't know if it was worth it to me to try to discover what. Then I saw the above which seems to work, so it's almost certainly not worth it.

I was getting the same issue whether I was using Firefox, Pale Moon or Opera so it wasn't specific to FF

So far it's still working...

When I first use "index.php?mobile=on" to create the problem, then using "index.php?mobile=desktop" doesn't solve it, but using "index.php?mobile=off" does. Therefore I don't understand why this works for Logman. Besides, the opposite of "on" is "off". So why "desktop"?

Beats me, but it's been working properly for the last few days.
