Gateway all-in-one. No PS2 ports, only USB
Mouse & keyboard do not work when I boot with BIBM CD.
Tried different USB ports.
I know this is a BIOS issue, but is there anything I can do?

Re: keyboard not working
Wired keyboard/mouse?
Don't know the age of the system, but have you checked the BIOS for any options regarding USB device legacy support? Some have options that control what gets initialized on boot-up.
Any other USB devices plugged in? Could try it without them.
Have you tried booting from a BIBM flash drive?
