Copy non-standard partitioned disk?
Can IFW,IFD,IFL clone a hard drive that does not have standardized partition formatting? Ie, a sector by sector copy of the entire drive to another exactly the same size/type new drive?

yes.
entire drive, backup unused sectors is a raw sector by sector operation.
