On another computer I made an IFL restore USB stick and used it to boot the Dell XPS 9360. I deactivated fast boot before testing the restore stick. It booted Ok but it saw only the Boot partition on the Hard disk. The windows user volume (C: when the computer is running) did not show up and could not be backed up. The XPS9360 has a UEFI BIOS and came with bit locker and secure boot activated.
What settings do I need to make IFL access all partitions on the SSD?
Thanks in advance!

Cyclobiker,

My son has a Dell XPS 13 non touch. We found the standard IFL UFD wouldn't load but a 64-bit IFL was fine. Are you using 64-bit IFL or standard?

I am running x64 ver 3.05, at least that is in the title Windows 10 puts on IFW when it launches, so I assume the IFL make will be x64 as well. I will have a look at http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/kb/article.php?id=610
Thanks!
Thanks!

No, the IFL build made from C:\Program Files (x86)\TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite\IFL
is not 64-bit. The 64-bit IFL is a separate download.
