I found that IFL bootable SD cards can be used with Windows 10 with
UEFI. I did not see the option to turn it off on this HP AIO either.
Hold down Shift and restart. Keep it down until the Bios menu comes up.
Then choose the correct USB device from the options presented.
If Windows doesn't like your choice, you will probably just boot into
Windows.
