One HDD issue

Post by mashedmitten »

Say I have a single HDD and want one boot partitions and two data partitions that are also primary. How do I configure BIBM so the two data partitions show up? Is this a case where it depends on what unlimited partitions is set to and hide options in Boot Edit?

mashedmitten,

Easy. Boot Edit, MBR Details. Select an empty partition slot and click Fill. Select a Data partition, OK. Select the next empty partition slot and click Fill, etc.

OK. With Unlimited Primaries you use the Fill and Clear buttons. There is no need to use Hide.

But to answer a possibly irrelevant question in the original post, yes, it does matter whether primaries are limited or not.
