Once I manually shut MS Money down in Task manager, I rename the lrd
file to anything but what it is.
Then Money does not see it when restarted and will restart fine.

I think it is (or was) some kind of lock file. However, whether it is
there or not doesn't seem to affect the starting of Money on my
machine. I just ignore it (and so does my script).

On mine it tells me that Money is already running and will not start
until handled.
