phpBB question

Post by DrTeeth »

Ping TB support

On the forum main page, you have a 'topics' section and an 'announcements' section. How did you set this up? I have done it on my forum but damned if I can remember how! I want more sections but not sub-forums.

I have recently upgraded from 3.0.9 to 3.0.10 so don't know if that is important.

TIA

I don't remember either .... somewhere in the main setup of the
forums/topics. I can look and see if I recall when I get a break if you
still can't find it....

Hi,

No it isn't, but you would think so wouldn't you? Just had the
question answered on the phpBB support pages here

..

It is very powerful software but 'intuitive' it ain't. When one is
configuring the software for the access of various groups, IMHO the
boxes and not ergonomically/logically placed at all.
