I looks like MSoft will be dropping the Metro name in Win 8 as a
German company has the rights to the name and has threatened legal
action.

Shame TBU could not do the same with the name 'BING'.

They will probably call it Image. The press didn't pick up the BING issue,
but one, guess we should have pressed MS for press release.
