Newsgroup and Windows 10 Mail

Does anyone know if this newsgroup can be set up in Windows 10 Mail like we
did in the older Windows Live Mail ?
Like we had the Server Port Number News (NNTP) 1199 in it.

Thunderbird works.

I take it then can't be done in Windows 10 Mail so I will give Thunderbird a
try.
