Defrag Utility

My defragger does that by default do I have turned it off. FWIW,
PerfectDisk is the only defragger I have come across that uses the
prefetch information to re-order those referenced files. All the
others seem to ignore it and adversely affect performance. If I am
wrong, I would be interested to hear.
