Outlook Utility

I know I have seen this somewhere. It is a utility for Outlook, that
allows individual messages to be appended to mass mailings. So, if I
send an email to Tom, Dick and Harry; I can append a note to Tom's
copy that the other recipients cannot see.
Anybody know what this is called?
