Location of log file
If I boot IFD from CD, at the completion a message "saving log file" briefly displays. (I know I could uncheck the option to save a log file, but I didn't). Mostly out of curiosity, is the log file actually saved in this circumstance (booting from CD) and, if so, where?

Re: Location of log file
it just fails because the CD isn't writable. (and actually can cause
problems with certain BIOSes - that is trying to write CD booted in
emulation mode - instead of failing, some corrupt the output buffer, which
is why you can't install BIBM from CD on some systems without a message
about not being able to copy some garbage file name).
