When running IMAGE.EXE /b /uy /d:..... under dos, it works fine and IDF.LOG file is produced.
Running the exact same command under a TBOSDT script ( exec image.exe /b /uy /d:....) executes fine, creates image files and states that a log file is being saved, but after execution, the log file is nowhere to be found. Even with or without the /log option, no file is produced.
Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? Or where is it being saved ?
IFD Log file not created under TBOSDT
Re: IFD Log file not created under TBOSDT
Is it in the BIBM partition?
Re: IFD Log file not created under TBOSDT
I found the answer. Evidently the command lenths are different for DOS and TBOSDT. The TBOSDT command line was being truncated just at the logname parameter. Shorten it down and it works fine. Evidently it fit within the dos command lline size !!

How many parameters where there in your command? 11?
Can you send the exact command line you run? Just exactly as you run it.
