Restoring only the MBR/first track from a backup

How does one restore only the first track/MBR from a backup (and not the remainder of the backup)?

I already do restore as a whole. Is it possible to do it partially?

You have to restore something to restore first track, use TBOSDT copy sector
feature if you want to backup/restore just the first track.
