Hello, I'm evaluating the trial version of Image for Windows.
The problem I'm encountering with the software is that, when attempting to make a full backup of the two disks, while for one I get the full list of partitions, for the other I only get a generic volume name.
What worries me is that the volume is also reported as full when it's really only 10% full.
I've attached a screenshot of what I see.
I would like to add that both the drives work otherwise normally from explorer.

At the end I tried also using Windows Backup and he also behaved the same way so I just copied the files -> reformatted/repartitioned the disk -> restore the files and now Image for Windows seems to work.
I think the MBR was somehow damaged and/or I messed things up during the previous partitioning (strange enough how you can mess up a right click :V)
If the problem arise again I'll repost, now it's time to evaluate the software
