You would need to select all the partitions and not the Entire Drive option (first in the list). In the attached picture, all of the partitions on the drive are selected and the Entire Drive option is not selected.
For example: --d:l0@0x1,0x2 instead of --d:l0
The --raw option behaves differently depending on whether or not the entire drive is selected.
If you're running from the command line or a script, you would need to change the parameters to specify the partitions. tbiview doesn't read all .tbi files
