You can use /iso8601 on the command line or ISO8601=1 in the [Options] section of the ifw.ini file. Note that if you have special options in ifw.ini that you don't want in your running Windows system (only in the TBWinRE build), you can place the desired ifw.ini file into the build's folder and it will be used instead of the installed version of the file.
