IFW3.37 Create Boot Disk: DISM Error

Windows 8.1 64bit, IFW 3.37, TBWinPE/RE Builder, creating a IFW boot USB drive, at Overall Progress say 80%" "Operation Error:Unable to open DISM session (9,0x8000000A)."
Same with a different usb stick. Not finding this error online or in the Forum here. Previously have made a IFW 3.30 boot usb stick on this machine OK. Tried IFL 3.37, that worked.
thanks
Chris

Are you sure it was at 80% overall progress? That error, if it occurs, should be much earlier. The build itself doesn't care what USB stick you're using (any writing to the stick would be from MakeDisk after the build finished) -- so not caused by what stick you're trying to use.

Can you provide the log for the failed build? The log file (TBWinPE.log) is in the same folder as Builder (TBWinPE.exe). You can also open the log by starting Builder and selecting "View Log" from the Help menu. It may also be helpful to see the build log for the 3.30 version build that was successful (if it's still in the log file).

You can try building without using the DISM API. To do that, open Settings and uncheck the "Use DISM API if supported" option (General tab, DISM section). You could also try verifying Windows system files are valid in case of corruption and making sure Windows is up to date as possible (may be nothing available in that area since likely unsupported).

at 80%, yes.
sfc /scannow has errors unable to be fixed.
without DISM DPI the boot USB is created successfully.

if you'd still like to see the log for your interest, let me know
thank you ~ Chris

Yes, I'd like to see the log. Also, if you care to, I'd like to see the DISM log. It's a little more work to get, but it may show something useful. Assuming you used default DISM options, you can copy out the applicable section from the Windows DISM log (C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log) using the timestamps that correspond to the failed attempt in Builder's log. Please email them to TeraByte support.
