Backing up Surface Pro X (ARM64)

I use Image for Windows on all my PC's, but I haven't tried to use them to backup my Surface Pro X (Arm64 based). What are my options for backup using the TeraByte utilities? It can still run 32 bit programs, but emulated. I didn't know if this would negatively affect the backup.

It's only compiled for EM64T/AMD64 (x64) and IA32 (x386) so to run on
ARM it would have to be emulated and the underlying architecture would
need to be the same as far as the partitioning and OS endian LSBF
(unless all IO is emulated and handles MSBF to LSBF).
