Help with File recovery using an IFW image

Does anyone know how to find and recover files permanently deleted from
the Recycle Bin, using Windows 7?

I do have full drive images taken daily, but don't know where to look
within those images for the "Recycle Bin"

Thank you

AlanD

There is a $Recycle.bin that holds it but the names aren't going to be
the same. You may want to use tbimount instead, then view the recycle bin.

I am attempting to use TBIMOUNT, but must be doing something wrong.
The mount process (to HDD Z) is simple, BUT I only get to the point
where I see Z drive in Explorer, Do I somehow have to 'boot' to the new
OS on Z drive?

I could not find a link to TBIMOUNT / TBIVIEW instructions which might
have helped

Just go in to the recycle bin on your desktop at that point.

You can also also use tbihd which makes the entire image look like
another physical drive that will actually show up in the windows
partition manager.
