How to backup multiple drives

Postby bdemchak » Mon Oct 07, 2019 5:22 pm

Hi --

I'd like to back up about 10 Windows partitions spread across two physical drives ... and do it all with one IFW job. Is it possible to set this up? If not, what is best practice for getting this done??

IFW needs to be run separately for each drive.

However, I have published a set of scripts that can Backup more than one drive in the same job. (See for the link to the forum topic.) When used directly to image the currently running system the two disks will be backed up sequentially (one after the other).

Also, if you generate and use a TBWinPE of TBWinRE generated boot medium to image offline, you can backup your two disks at the same time in parallel using my scripts. Full documentation is included in the download.
