giulia,

If it is the M.2 NVMe SSD then Write Changed Sectors Only should work.

AFAIK, IfW regards a disk as a disk and does not distinguish between
the various types.

I have a 2TB Samsung 860 Evo and have no problems creating or
restoring "changes only" backups.
