IFW: Target: please allow us to paste a complete UNC Path

Good afternoon
If IFW asks for "Select where you want to save the Backup"
and a complete UNC-Path (\\Server\Share\Dir\Subdir) is pasted into the Network-Path
then it is rejected by: "The UNC you entered is not available. …"

It would be great if IFW could
1. Save the complete \\Server\Share\Dir\Subdir
2. and just use \\Server\Share from the full UNC path to login
3. as soon the User selects "next", IFW automatically changes into \Dir\Subdir

btw: I'm using IFW 3.27

No, pasting a full path UNC like this: \\Server\Share\Dir\SubDir
to select the target never worked:

There are two different results:

Result 1:
If IFW does not need credentials, then it immediately displays the error "The UNC you entered is not available".
We have to paste just \\Server\Share, select next and then manually change into the target directory.

Result 2:
If IFW needs the credentials, then it asks for it - but then, it does not accept a full path UNC and it behaves identically to Result 1.

You're in the wrong spot, that's a share to browse only. Just choose
windows drives generic category, and then type it in the file name line.

it's neither intuitive nor obvious to paste a UNC not in the "Entire Network" but in the "Windows Drives" branch.
A UNC is not a Windows Drive.

But you're right: it looks like it's working to use the hidden feature and double-click "Windows Drives" and then paste the full UNC path.
