All the offsets listed are in Sectors. If you're using some other listing
showing bytes, then you could div by 4KiB.

When you restore an entire drive image from a drive using cylinder alignment
and want align to change to 1MiB (or whatever is configured) alignment, then
you set the global option for 1MiB alignment, and restore with "align to
target" enabled and you'd probably also want "scale to fit" and "remove
gaps". If you don't align to the target it will be restore back to where it
was in the original image.

Also, you'd want the latest version and not an old unsupported version it
sounds like you're using.

Yes, I cannot disagree with that but the point is that the partition
Starting Offset does not divide by 4,096 with an integer result.
