I am in the precess of selling my old notebook to a friend of mine.
He has just purcased a copy of Image for windows (after my suggestion))
How can he reactivate Image for windows with his new license on this noebook, where Image for Windows is still installed with my licensing data?

Why don't you just uninstall your copy of Image for Windows, and let him install his copy from scratch? I'm sure if there is a way to transfer the license, that TeraByte Support will tell you how, but I'm wondering about the more general idea of selling him your machine without removing your programs and data first.
Are you sure there isn't information stored on the old machine that you wouldn't want him to have access to? It could be a history of websites visited, financial data, passwords, personal correspondence, etc. I know you said he is a friend, but still there are some things you may want to keep private, even from friends.
