3 hour vs 40 minute image

v3.20 Win10 image today required more than 3 hours vs usual 40 or less minutes for previous routine images.
RAM cache 8192.
Disk cach 4095.
Any suggestion the issue and remedy?

look at the log to see if there was a difference in the amount of data
backed up, etc..

Also if something was heavily using the disk drive (defragging, indexing,
etc..), it can slow it down.

PMFJI, if I leave a program running (BOINC in my case) that makes
read/writes to the drive, the backup will start, but invariably fail
with an advisory to increase the memory used for PHYLock.
