IFL backup to network share

This question has been asked and answered before but all the answers I have found are for earlier versions of IFL, which don't seem to apply to version 3.07 that I am using.

The question -- how to backup to a network share?

I can mount the share but I cannot see how to select that share as the destination for the backup.

When I run IFL, I do not see the usual screens or forms to choose full backup or changes, file access method like File (Direct) or File (OS), and I do not even see a screen to select which partitions to backup.

What I see is a screen to select backup/restore/validate/copy, the next screen allows me to chose the drive to backup, and the next screen allows me to choose the destination drive. The only choice is the USB stick I used to boot IFL.

What am I doing wrong?

I believe I just found the answer. Apparently when I created the boot media I selected the Simple Operations mode.

EDIT: I recreated the media with traditional options and all is well. I had never used Simple Operations before. I was slow to recognize what had happened.
