Why getting notification that Fast Startup is enabled?

Hi,

Whenever I startup Windows 10, I get the notification about how many days since backup. However, last night Windows updated and now, when I get that backup notification it is also telling me that Fast Startup is enabled.

However, when I try to go through the steps to disable Fast Startup in Power Options, I don't get the option for turning it off.

So I think that Fast Startup is already disabled, but then why is the Image for Windows notification telling me that Fast Startup is enabled?

Thanks,
Jim

Check BIOS to see its status.

Is hibernation disabled on the system? It could be that Fast Startup is enabled (Windows likes to re-enable it), but the system doesn't support it currently for some other reason. You can disable the warning in TBI Notify if you don't need it.

Jim,

Can you check IFL, Partition Work. Is Fast Startup enabled?
