Rinning Mint mate 17.3. Imagel works from within linux, but when iflreboot runs from makeGRUB it goes to the CLI, not the GUI.

Furthermore, when running setup it tells be I'm not using the correct code. I'm using the code I got in the email.

Are you sure you used the IFL GUI files for makeGRUB? Unless renamed, it would be the ifl_en_gui.zip download.

Which version of IFL are you using? If setting up V3 you should be getting prompted to enter your license name and key.
