registration fails

Hello support team,
I today ordered a license for the TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore DOS/Linux Suite. My order number is 52369561. Unfortunately now I have a problem with the registration, since my name contains a german umlaut, and it is not possible to fill out the registration form. What I can do? Is it possible for you to generate a new key for a name without umlauts, e.g. "Thomas Gaumannmueller"?
