Good day.
Stupid question, but since Images created with V3 cannot be read by V2, I need to ask - V3 does read and restore V2 images right?
Thank you.
Best Regards,

This was the first question that jumped into my mind when I read the Upgrade History webpages for v3. I'm relieved to hear that v3 can read and restore from images made with v2. That it can do so will save me a fair amount of work. Thanks for being so thoughtful in making this so.
However, I do think that this should have been explicitly stated at the Upgrade History webpages. There is the note:
[quote]The image file created by this version requires an Image version 3.00 or later to restore[/quote]
Would have been handy to include a note below that saying (something like):
[quote]Version 3 can read and restore from images created with version 2.[/quote]
P.S. Sorry about the BBcode quote. Even though I have them enabled in my forum account settings they don't seem to be available to use. (Just thought I'd leave it as it is in case it's a problem with the site that someone might look into.
