Unable to access IFL SD card in Win 10

I am updating my IFL SD cards and having a problem in Win 10. I did that
updating in Win 7 since Win 10 shows the card in Disk Management AND
cannot access it for properties or anything else. Did not try a format
since I had just gotten IFL 2.99 on the disk.

Win 10 cannot access the cards yet I can boot okay. I tried different
readers w/o success.

Is it because it is straight FAT rather than FAT 32? Is there a choice
in Makedisk?

Win 10 seems like it has some short comings.

P.S. It looks like IFL can image the Recovery partition. It completed &
rebooted as requested. The file is there where it should be.

I am having problems with my USB 3 hubs and accessing Card Readers
attached to them. May be related to that.

It may be the SC adapter for Micro cards in some cases.
I decided to use my 16 MB cards that are too small for many uses to put
IFL on them. MUCH BETTER.
