A new video was released today that shows how to use the OSDTOOL script and
Image for Linux to restore to different hardware.

Your timing could not be better as I'm buying a new laptop in the next few days. These videos are great, thanks for doing them!

Thank You for these support tools.
I am just curious, I cannot find a reference to these howto pages in Your
site.
Apart from using these newsgroups is there a way for somebody to know the
existence of howto pages?

Thank You very much again and regards

On the support page for each product (Support tab, select product), there is a "View Tutorials and Videos"
link near the top of the page. that takes you to the How-To page.

I have, in the past, copied a working version of Win XP and Win 7 to
new hardware without any problems. The XP transfer involved minor
fiddling, the 7 transfer was painless. I'd try this first as a)
nothing to lose and b) it's the fastest - use TBU's copywipe program.
