Sorry, I did not realize I created a problem. I have cancelled the posts. I have never used the forum interface, but will try.

Thanks

I'm looking at the reply window and I don't see an "upload" choice. I see Img, but don't know what to do with it because the image is on my desktop. What would the image URL be?

Tac109,

Speaking of news-readers, have you noticed getting a read error when attempting to d/l
postings from the "Versions" section?

Not that there's actually been any TB update announcements in that section since last
December & version 2.68.

Something admin wise from the web interface is not set right.

Click on Post a reply, then look at the bottom & you'll see Options & Upload Attachment, choose the latter.
.
maximum allowed size is 256 KiB

That's what I see too. Looks like they have dropped the "Enable Hybrid Boot" term.
Me too (I see "Enable Fast Startup" checkbox, NOT "Hybrid .. anything") on Windows 8 64-bit Consumer Preview Evaluation (Build 8250). I UNchecked the default "Enable Fast Startup" in case it's the Hybrid thing under a different name. Thus far, no partition corruption that I know on my HP/Compaq Laptop that has dual-boot Win8 CPE x64 + PCLinuxOS (32-bit, 2011.9 with all package updates). Boot manager on it is Linux GRUB.

Fast Startup doesn't help Restarts so I couldn't see much value.
