resize partition

I have 3 partitions with the following order:
Backup Partition NTFS
BootIt Partition FAT-16
Windows7 Partition NTFS
it would be possible to delete the Backup partition and resize/give his space to the Windows 7 partition?
BootIt Partition FAT-16
Windows7 Partition NTFS (new partition resized)

Maybe you could:
Delete the Backup partition.
Slide the Bootit partition to the beginning to the now free space previously belonging to the Backup partition.
Slide the Windows 7 partition so it immediately follows the Bootit partition.
Resize the Windows 7 partition to claim all free space.
I must say that I don't know if there is any problem with sliding a Bootit partition.

I would back up the entire drive to another device / media with
verification before deleting / sliding in case something goes awry.
This way you can restore to another drive if you're so inclined.

There isn't, but it must be done from a bootable BIBM USB stick or
disk.
