"BOOTMBR is compressed"

I am using BootIt BM to resize the partitions on the HDD. I am runnning Windows 7 Professional 64bit.

I have 1 partition where the windows 7 hidden stuff is, then 100GB of where the OS is installed called C:, and ~300GB of another partition called F:.

I first resize the F: to make it smaller, then shift it over to make the free space between the C: and F:.
Then I resize the C: to make it bigger with the new free space.

However when Windows 7 boots it says that "BOOTMBR is compressed", is there something in BooItNG to fix that? if so then what are the steps?

I already know that I can fix it by having Windows 7 repair itself, but that method is too slow for me.

Thanks.

is it really compressed? If so you could drop down to scripting, mount that
partition, rename it, copy it back to the same name.

You'd use BootItBM, not NG.
