Multi terabyte disk mfg recommend partition alignment on (LBA) sectors evenly divisable by 4096. There is a option for 2048 sector alignment. How can we further adjust to a 4096 boundary. Can the offer option be used to add the extra space?

You're confusing bytes with sectors. It's already aligned at 1MiB.
