BIBM image freezes

I have a laptop with BIBM installed. When I try make an image of my OS (Linux Mint 20) it goes all the way to selecting the options and when I click NEXT, it freezes. I have reinstalled BIBM twice and also tried making an image from my USB install flash drive and the same thing happens. What am I doing wrong? Never had this happen before. I am using version 1.69.
