Help with new computer

I was using BING for a long time and migrated to BIBM and have absolutely loved it/them. I just bought a new Dell 17 3xxx laptop. When I get into BIOS, it only boots into UEFI (UGH!!!)...no legacy boot mode (unless I missed it). How do I get from here to a BIU USB? Do I have to purchase it or is t included with BIBM?
