Bad Graph for 2-Pass Differential Backup

For 2-Pass Diff Backups, during the backup phase, with byte-by-byte
verify turned on, the upper graph only goes up to 20% or so for the
whole backup. The analysis and verify graphs are ok.
The backup turns out fine, but it looks pretty bad.
